Welcome to Viro AI! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viro AI mobile app and related services (“Service”). By downloading, installing or using Viro AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Viro AI provides AI‑powered sustainability insights and chat functionality (“Features”). Certain Features require an active subscription (see Section 3).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

How to Subscribe

iOS users subscribe via Apple’s in‑app purchase system.

Android/Web users subscribe via Stripe on our website.

Auto‑renewal & Cancellation

Your subscription will auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

To cancel on iOS, go to the App Store → your account → “Subscriptions.”

To cancel on Web/Android, log in at can a browser → “Manage Subscription.”

Free Trial & Intro Offers

Where offered, introductory pricing applies only to your first billing cycle.

After intro period, regular rates apply unless cancelled.

4. Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse‑engineer or hack the app

Redistribute the Service or sell access

Use the Service in violation of any laws
5. Intellectual Property
All Viro AI code, designs, trademarks and content are owned by Viro LLC. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
6. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

AS‑IS: We provide the Service “as is” without warranties.

No Liability: Viro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; we’ll post a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept them.
