These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viro AI mobile and web applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

​

Viro AI provides generative AI chat and related features, including sustainability-focused tools, contextual advertising, and paid subscription plans (“Features”). Some Features require an active subscription (see Section 3).

​

We may update the Features over time as the Service evolves.

​​​

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.​

​

3. Subscriptions & Billing

​

3.1 Subscription Platforms

  • Mobile (iOS & Android): Managed through RevenueCat via App Store / Play Store in-app purchases.

  • Web: Managed through Stripe Checkout.

​

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

​

3.3 Cancellation

  • iOS/Android: Manage via the device’s app marketplace subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play).

  • Web: Manage via your Viro AI account through the browser.

We will cancel subscriptions on behalf of users upon request.

3.4 Free Trials & Introductory Offers

If offered, trial or introductory pricing applies only to the first billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Standard pricing applies thereafter.

​

3.5 Refunds

Refunds for mobile subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

Refunds for web subscriptions are handled via Stripe at our discretion.

​

4. Account & Data

​

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently deletes associated personal data and chat history (see Privacy Policy).

5. AI Outputs & User Content

​

5.1 Your Content

You retain rights to prompts and messages you submit to the Service (“User Content”).

​

5.2 AI Outputs

Subject to these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership over AI outputs you generate.

​

5.3 No Model Training

We do not use User Content to train AI models.

​

6. Advertising

​​

The Service may display contextual advertising. Ads are based solely on the current message you submit and not on profile data, chat history, or cross-app tracking.

​

Advertisers do not receive personal information such as your email or account details.

​​​

7. Prohibited Uses

​​

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Harass, harm, or deceive others

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or unsafe content

  • Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to circumvent security

  • Resell or sublicense the Service or outputs

  • Interfere with operation of the Service

  • Use automated agents or scraping tools

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.​

8. Intellectual Property

​

All Viro AI trademarks, code, designs, branding, and proprietary content are owned by Viro LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.​

​

9. Disclaimers

​​

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying information and using outputs responsibly.

​

10. Liability

​​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI output.

​

11. Modifications to the Service

​​

We may update or modify the Service at any time, including adding, changing, or removing Features.

​

12. Changes to Terms

​​

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

​

13. Governing Law

​​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

​
